Vineyard
Village at Home is such a versatile resource for many reasons. One
significant reason is the breadth of relationships we have with Island
agencies and organizations. Below, we've listed many of the organizations
we work with to offer the unmatched scope of services available to Vineyarders
who want to continue living in their own homes. (Please note: all links
to external sites will open in a new window.)

- Up-Island
Council on Aging
The Up-Island Council on Aging (COA) and Senior Center is a branch of
municipal government of the Towns of West Tisbury, Chilmark and Aquinnah.
We are charged with assessing the needs of seniors and to offer programs
and services to meet their needs. We represent their interest and promote
knowledge of elder services and concerns. The COA is a resource for
the entire community, providing information and services on aging, and
assisting families and friends who care for older persons. For elders
at risk of losing their self-sufficiency, the COA is often the entry
point to a variety of services that will help them maintain their independence.
