  • Edgartown Council on Aging

    A warm welcome awaits you at the Anchors, the Edgartown Council on Aging. The programs and services we offer come from suggestions, surveys and needs of our 60+ community. Our commitment is to provide a wide range of quality programs and services that meet a diversity of needs.

  • Oak Bluffs Council on Aging

    The Oak Bluffs Council on Aging offers programs and services to adults 55 and older. It boasts two unique programs: fuel assistance and mental health counseling.

  • Tisbury Council on Aging

    The Tisbury Senior Center is a community center offering a broad range of group and individual activities and services to serve the needs and interests of those adults who are 55 and older, as well as their families.

  • Up-Island Council on Aging

    The Up-Island Council on Aging (COA) and Senior Center is a branch of municipal government of the Towns of West Tisbury, Chilmark and Aquinnah. We are charged with assessing the needs of seniors and to offer programs and services to meet their needs. We represent their interest and promote knowledge of elder services and concerns. The COA is a resource for the entire community, providing information and services on aging, and assisting families and friends who care for older persons. For elders at risk of losing their self-sufficiency, the COA is often the entry point to a variety of services that will help them maintain their independence.

  • Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands

    Elder Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, Inc. (ESCCI) is a private, not-for-profit, community-based organization. Since our founding in 1972, we have been dedicated to promoting the welfare and enhancing the quality of life of elders, as well as, helping them to maintain maximum independence and dignity. Our organization works with the community to identify and respond to the needs, problems, and concerns of elders and their families.

  • Island Elderly Housing

    Island Elderly Housing, Inc. (IEH) was incorporated in 1977 by a group of dedicated local citizens as a private, non-profit corporation in order to develop and operate subsidized rental housing for the very low income elderly and disabled of Martha’s Vineyard.

  • Hospice of Martha's Vineyard

    Hospice of Martha’s Vineyard was founded in 1981. It is a free, community-supported program whose mission is to meet the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all who are facing advanced illness and loss and to give them hope, comfort and compassion. Our founding principle of providing all care free of charge without insurance reimbursement allows us to serve anyone in need with a life-limiting illness, regardless of treatment choices or prognosis.

  • Martha's Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA)

    The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) is the only year round Island-wide public transportation system on Martha’s Vineyard. The goal of our website is to help assist you with your alternative transportation needs while on the Vineyard. Whether you are a resident, or just visiting the Island, the VTA will get you where you need to go. Leave your cars and cares behind and come ride with us!

    At the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod, our goal is to provide comprehensive home health and hospice services that enable individuals – from newborns to the elderly – to receive care in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. Our highly trained professionals are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition from a hospital, nursing home or clinic to home.
