Up-Island Council on Aging
The Up-Island Council on Aging (COA) and Senior Center is a branch of municipal government of the Towns of West Tisbury, Chilmark and Aquinnah. We are charged with assessing the needs of seniors and to offer programs and services to meet their needs. We represent their interest and promote knowledge of elder services and concerns. The COA is a resource for the entire community, providing information and services on aging, and assisting families and friends who care for older persons. Elder Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, Inc. (ESCCI) is a private, not-for-profit, community-based organization.
